Use of the templates
Every template and example on this site is free for personal use — copy, adapt, and publish them for a loved one's obituary, eulogy, or service without attribution. You may not republish the templates themselves as a competing collection.
The writing assistant
Drafts are generated from the facts you provide. You are responsible for checking names, dates, and details before publication — please proofread carefully; corrections after a notice is printed can be impossible. The assistant is provided as-is, without warranty.
Purchases
Paid products (when offered) are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. If something you purchased doesn't work as described, email us within 14 days for a full refund — grieving families should never have to argue about money.
Liability
This site provides writing help, not legal, financial, or funeral advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for losses arising from use of the site.
